The Ohio native moved to Wisconsin in 2013 and after earning her doctorate at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017, became a full-time traveling musician and songwriter. Her love for teaching brought her back to the classroom where she teaches students at Avila University in Kansas City. She encourages everyone to be bold, be curious, and be themselves.
