Keith, like most men his age, replied ‘nothing, I have what I need’ when asked what he wanted for his upcoming 60th birthday (which wasn’t overly helpful ? thanks Keith!) so we have been looking for a way to celebrate him and all the things he loves and holds dear.So, without further ado, we would like to invite you to..
?KEITH’S CHARITY BIKE RUN FOLLOWED BY A FAMILY FRIENDLY CELEBRATION ?
Firstly, and most importantly, Keith has chosen 2 charities that he would like the donations to go to:
? BLOOD BIKES ?
&
? Prostate Cancer UK ?
We are currently liaising with both charities to see whether they would like to send local representatives to the event and to gather all the information we need to ensure it’s all done correctly.
We have created a rough itinerary so that everyone has some idea what to expect on the day:
* 10am onwards - meet at party location
* 10.45am/11am - riders set off to West Bay
* approx 11.40am onwards - arrive at West Bay
* 2pm/2.30pm - riders leave West Bay
* 2pm onwards - guests start to arrive/event starts - giving everyone enough time to get themselves organised so we can greet the riders when they return
* approx. 7pm - event ends
At the event, we are hoping to have:
?Food Trucks
?Live Music
?Bouncy Castle
?Face Painting
? AND MORE (all companies confirmed for the event will be donating a percentage to the chosen charities).
