We’re kicking off Sour Month the right way at our Logan Street Taproom, Oaks day (Friday May 3rd) by starting your morning with select bottle conditioned sour beers from @BarriqueBrewing, Brunch from @Barepaws, and the release of our DIPA collaboration with Barrique Brewing and Blending.?Bottle Service Offerings?
We will have limited quantities of the following Barrique beers available in 500ml bottles for
onsite consumption. We are beyond stoked to share these incredible beers with you – these
bottles exclusive to our taproom, and the only place in KY you’ll get a chance to taste them.
Basique Miel – Barrel aged Sour Citrus Ale aged in honey bourbon barrels, and bottle
conditioned with barrel aged honey.

TenneSPON Traditionelle – An ode to classic Geuze from Brussels Belgium. A blend of one-
, two-, and three-year aged spontaneous sour. Brewed with aged noble hops, and TN grown
barley.
6.5% - $22
Wet Hop Basique – 29-month-old citrus sour ale aged for 7 months on fresh Idaho 7 wet hops.
6.2% - $22
Future Fading Into the Past – Mixed Culture Saison blended Wild Ale in collaboration with
Cananda Malting and Yakima Chief Hops. Brewed with CMG pilsner, red wheat, rye, and oats. Hopped exclusively with YCH American Noble Simcoe hops.

“A Tale of Two Spencers” will be available on draft and in 16oz 4pks to-go.
Our DIPA collaboration with Barrique. Brewed with pilsner malt and white wheat. Kettle hopped
intensely with New Zealand Motueka, Dry hopped with Columbus Cryp, Citra, and Nelson
Sauvin Subzero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops
