Who: You, and a buddy & Moore Than Fitness
What: 45 minutes of Kegs-as-Kettlebells at this fun group fitness pre-patio-beer party
When: October 5 - group workout starts at 11:15pm (please arrive by 11 to fill out a waiver and meet the crew. The class will start at 11:15)
Where: Outside at the Starr Hill Beer Hall - 3406 W Leigh St.
Why: Fitness should include your friends, and can be fun!
Bring a friend, or plan to make a friend! In this all-levels sweat sesh, we'll use some of Starr Hill's kegs like they're kettlebells. We'll press them, pass them, hop over them, and carry them.
After your workout, hangout on the patio with the Moore Than Fitness crew and we'll buy you a beer (that you're paying for with this ticket...). The rest of your ticket cost goes to Virginia Pride.
