Invitation to SJS Fall Parenting Event!We would like to invite you to our Fall Parenting Event on October 8. We are thrilled to collaborate with St. Pius and the other Northland Catholic schools to welcome Ben Tracy to Kansas City for this special evening. This event presents an extraordinary opportunity for parents to gain insights on keeping our children safe online.
Ben Tracy, a leading speaker on youth online safety and social media, recently completed a run across America to highlight the dangers facing children online. Over 125 days, he ran 120 marathons from coast to coast, covering 3,125 miles. Fewer than 400 people have ever run across America. Since 2018, Ben Tracy has spoken to hundreds of thousands of students, parents, and educators about online safety and responsible social media use. He addresses issues such as cyber-bullying, online predators, mental health, screen time, artificial intelligence, and counterfeit drugs sold on social media. His presentations deliver powerful, real-world lessons about navigating life in the digital age.
Attending this event will also earn your St. James students free dress passes to be utilized on October 9 and 10. We sincerely hope that every family at St. James Catholic School will join us for this unique two-hour session, equipping you with essential tools to safeguard your child online.
