This session is the friendliest keep fit session in Huddersfield! We aim to look after the whole person and we know that fitness is important, as well as combating anxiety and low self-esteem. We started this session being mindful of those who have recently had children and those who are struggling with motivation and self esteem due to feeling unfit.
The hour-long session is held by a professional trainer who provides guidance in several exercises. Not only does she make it fun, but she will also tailor the exercise to your present ability and strength.
Pre-school children are welcome to along with their parents (just bring them something to keep them a bit occupied).
