- Is Keen6m’s subtitle and has been since it’s first instalment in 2015.
About this Event

“Everything after the fifth”

Why the fifth you may ask? Well, it is purely due to the fact that in the Malay dance syllabi of Singapore, there are 5 main genres or dance movement languages that they encompass and teach. Also, in ballet and western-based contemporary dance practices, there are mainly 5 feet positions that are the foundation of many of the movement vocabularies. The subtitle hopes to explain & encourage what it means to find new ways to approach their own voice and Asian practices and foundations. Keen6m also hopes to inspire the youths of Atrika to keep staying relevant and receptive without diluting their cultures and tradition - & that it is our responsibilities as youths and people of tomorrow to honour and make sense of these traditions for the ever progressing world we live in.
