Join us for a Vin + Yin hot yoga class on October 10th at Indigo Vybe off Barry Road! This class combines an energizing Vinyasa flow with calming, restorative Yin poses. It’s the perfect balance of movement and stillness, designed to help reset both your body and mind. 🧘♀️✨Class Time:
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Please arrive by 6:00 PM to meet and chat before class starts)
