👀 INSIGHT TO KAZOKU KOMBAT DEFENCE. 👀
Kombat is inspired by our already thriving karate jutsu (applied techniques) programme and we are offering a 2 hour seminar for any of our students wanting to take on the challenge of our combat defence programme.
What to expect:
1: Free standing Bag work: striking, kicking and combining techniques.
2: Bag work groundwork: Learning how to pin, hold, and take full charge of your opponent whilst using a ground bag.
3: Learning the difference from stand up joint manipulation to groundwork joint manipulation.
4: Learning how to do effective get up techniques with adaptive break falling.
5: Learn how to use all of the above with a partner in live drills.
All this under high supervision of our Kazoku Kombat team.
