Join Sage Sanctuary founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez for Kava Kava and a soothing Sound Bath, coupled with a bit of gentle stretches and meditation. Our event will start with some very gentle movement to ground into the body before being led in a Kava Kava ritual. Kava is a root that is ground and served in the form of a tea. It was traditionally consumed in the Pacific Islands for ceremonial gatherings, or when elders gathered to make important decisions. Kava medicine is non-psychoactive, but conscious-shifting. It is said to open the third eye chakra, calm the nervous system, and is a beautiful facilitator for visionary introspection in meditation.
We continue our night's journey with a 60-75 minute Meditation + Sound Bath experience. Enjoy the vibrations on offer through crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, crystal pyramids and more.
