Experience the art and science of lacto-fermentation to create live probiotics in your food. This Veggie Fermenting Hands-On Class will demonstrate how to create delicious probiotic vegetables in your own kitchen. Participants will make and take a quart of raw lacto-fermented seasonal organic vegetables. The rest of the ferment will happen in your kitchen.
