This evening we present saxophonist Katie DeCosta and her quintet for a concert of originals, Jazz, and cozy autumn tunes for your enjoyment. Katie DeCosta is a dynamic young saxophonist from Eugene, Oregon. Her musical influences range from Jazz, Salsa, and Gospel to R&B, Rock, and Funk. She is going into her fourth year studying music at the UO with renowned saxophonists including Idit Shner, Steve Owen, Joe Manis, and Roger Woods.
