P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome writer & performer Kate Flannery to celebrate the paperback release of her newest book, Strip Tees — a fever dream of a memoir about a recent college graduate and what happens when her feminist ideals meet the real world — with a discussion, audience Q&A, and book signing!
Kate will be joined in conversation by David Goodwillie, author of the novels Kings County and American Subversive. After the talk, Kate will sign copies of her book.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania. She holds a BA in Creative Writing from Bryn Mawr College and currently works for the Emmy Award-winning RuPaul's Drag Race. She is the lead singer and frontwoman for LA's premier Little Richard tribute band, Big Dick. is her first book.
ABOUT THE MODERATOR
is the author of the novels , a finalist for the Gotham Book Prize, and , a New York Times Notable Book of the Year, along with the memoir Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time. Goodwillie has written for the New York Times, Popular Science, New York magazine, and Newsweek, among other publications. He has also been drafted to play professional baseball, worked as a private investigator, and was an expert at Sotheby’s auction house. A graduate of Kenyon College, he lives in Brooklyn and the Catskills.
