Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, KaTCA has / is losing 3 trustees. Regrettably, this does mean that unless new trustees come forward, KaTCA will have to dissolve. Our constitution states that we must have a minimum of 3 trustees. If you are able to join the board as a trustee, please contact KaTCA at [email protected]. We do need a minimum of 2 new trustees to come forward to ensure that the great work we have done can continue.
If new trustees cannot be appointed at this time, we will discuss steps to dissolve the charity.
Please Note: this will not impact the Halloween pumpkin carving competition or the Tomintoul Christmas Fair as these will continue to be run independently.
