Karwa Chauth Katha Pooja in Wyndham 2025Let's Live the Tradition, Together again this year with WGC.
On the Day of Karwa Chauth, in the late afternoon, women gather at a common place to do the pooja. An elderly lady or the Pujarin, Panditji narrates the legend of Karwa Chouth.
For Puja - please bring these in your Thali for Puja -
Red Chunri, Shingaar, Kumkum for Maa Parvati ji and Chandan for Shiv ji, white Rice ,Flowers, Diya with ghee, water in gadvi / glass, cotton and some sweets. Please also bring dakshina / offering for Pandit ji.
Puja and Katha is being performed by - Hindu Priest Deepak Sharmaji
A part of this is offered to the deities and the storyteller.
