KARNATAKAOriginating from Wales, Karnataka have won plaudits from BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris, prog icon Rick Wakeman and many others. The band’s storming live performances have entranced and captivated audiences across the UK, Europe and the USA and seen them perform alongside prestigious artists such as Robert Plant and Porcupine Tree.
Creating music that shifts effortlessly from powerful to ethereal, breath-taking to haunting, and produced at some of the world’s top studios including Real World, Rockfield and Abbey Road, Karnataka’s music combines a widescreen cinematic vision with soaring melodies, lush harmonies and epic symphonic, progressive soundscapes, whilst also drawing on their Celtic roots.
In 2023 the band released their critically acclaimed new album Requiem For A Dream supported by a nationwide UK tour which included sell-out headline performances at the Summer’s End and HRH Prog festivals. In 2024 the band embark on a UK/European tour.

THE BLACKHEART ORCHESTRA
Blackheart Orchestra is officially the smallest orchestra in the world. Two people playing 13 instruments between them, Chrissy Mostyn and Rick Pilkington perform in what has been described as a ‘musical space station’ of instruments including acoustic and electric guitar, bowed guitar, bass, percussion, mandola, piano, organ, omnichord and vintage synthesisers.
After over 1000 concerts and 4 albums they’ve played everywhere from Southampton to Sydney including London’s Palladium and Royal Albert Hall while piling up achievements from a nomination for the Progressive Music Limelight Award, Best British Duo, #4 Best New British Band, and #10 Most Important Rock Event of 2020 to two years later winning Best British Album, Best Song and Best Female Vocalist in the USA Progressive Rock Awards.
Their multi-award winning album Hotel Utopia charted at #13 in the UK Rock Chart, and was described as "Epic” (Uncut), “Spellbinding” (The Progressive Aspect), “Mercurial” (Guitarist) and “One of the best albums of the year” (Progressive Rock Central).
