KARMA YOGA WITH STIJN

If you're looking to unwind and do some good for your mind, body and soul, join us for a special KARMA yoga session led by Stijn Verlinden. Enjoy a free session of yoga in the middle of the wonderful building of La Mercerie in the centre of Brussels

Stijn is a free spirited PR maven and yogi based in Brussels. With more than 15 years of yoga practice, he wanted to deepen his knowledge and followed a 200H Vinyasa teacher training as well as a 50h Yin teacher training last year.

To spread his love for this practice and to continue his journey, he will be offering karma yoga (= free yoga). Since he loves music and dancing, expect a fun flow with with active and passive poses to energise your night and day. Don’t forget to bring your mat and good mood!

Yoga will start at 19:00 sharp so please come in advance to set up your mat.
