Karma Yoga with Maria Rondon at Loohoo
Join us for a transformative yoga class at Loohoo, a cute shop in Parkdale. This session blends Eastern and Western yogic methodologies, designed to spark the connection between mind, body, and soul. Whether you're feeling out of sorts, having trouble sleeping, or simply looking to relax without stimulants, this class is for you.
Led by certified Yoga Instructor Maria Rondon, this session will guide you through waves of Yin Yoga, complemented by bursts of Ashtanga Fundamentals and the magic of Pranayama. This beginner-friendly class is smooth and comforting, like your favorite cup of tea. No experience is necessary!
