Join us for a weekly Karma Yoga class where your yoga practice supports something bigger than the mat. This is a pay-what-you-can, all-levels warm yoga class, guided by rotating volunteer instructors from our local yoga community — some brand new, some seasoned — all showing up in the spirit of giving.This month, all proceeds support 🩷 Trans Wellness Ontario, the only 2SLGBTQIA+ dedicated mental wellness organization in Windsor-Essex. Their mission is to enhance and sustain the health and wellness of transgender, genderqueer, two-spirit, non-binary, queer, and questioning communities — and their families.
Your donation helps fund inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming care for some of the most marginalized members of our community. 💜
What to Expect:
✨ 60-minute warm yoga flow (88°F)
🧘♂️ Accessible to all levels – no experience needed
🤲 Pay-what-you-can, cash only
🌈 A welcoming space for every body
Whether you're new to yoga or a regular on the mat, this class is your chance to connect, give back, move with purpose as well as experience something new, a new instructor, or a new style.
