Karma Yoga Classes with Hannah

Hannah, a certified ashtanga yoga instructor, completed her training in Mexico in 2023. Her passion and dedication extend beyond asanas, as she strives to educate students about the many aspects of yoga. Her primary goal is to share traditional yoga practices through her teaching, finding fulfillment in promoting health and wellness.

Starting in July, join her Saturday mornings at 8:30am as she is stepping into this new role here at Upeksha Yoga Shala. She will be leading a heartfelt Ashtanga Flow with gentle movements, mindful breathing, and soothing meditation designed to nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul.
