Karma x Evolución: Galentine’s Experience
Blending movement, mindfulness, and intentional connection, this elevated gathering is created just for the girls.
✨ What to Expect ✨
3:00–4:15 PM | Movement + Mindset
We’ll begin in the Evolve room with:
- An uplifting, sculpting Pilates flow
- A grounding, heart-opening meditation
- A guided journaling experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and align with the version of you you’re becoming rooted in sisterhood, divine feminine energy, and womanhood!
4:15–5:00 PM | Galentine’s Social Hour
After class, stay and connect during a relaxed social hour featuring:
- Light bites, sweet treats, and festive matcha/drinks!
- Curated Galentine’s vendors (friendship bracelets, baked goods, and more)
- Thoughtful goodie bags & special surprises
For women who love Pilates, journaling, intentional experiences, and want an uplifting Galentine’s celebration + supportive community of women!
