Start your Sunday with an energizing, heated Pilates flow led by Megan Mahlandt. This 45-minute class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and leave you feeling sweaty and spicy!

• Class begins at 8:15 AM

• Pilates runs from 8:15 - 9:00 AM

Light bites and mimosas to be served from 9:00 - 10:00 AM.
