Creative Aging Concert with Karl Werne at Grissom Library!Our new Creative Aging series honors adults 55+ as creative and social learners and help shift the narrative about growing older away from a negative view to one of optimism, engagement in community, and joy.
On Friday, January 3rd, enjoy a concert by the nationally known singer songwriter Karl Werne!
Karl's original songwriting won him first place for the Fishman National Songwriting Competition held in Atlanta, GA. He has won five VEER Magazine Music Awards in five different categories.
Karl had the unique honor of writing the anthem/theme song for NASA's Centennial Celebration in 2017 and performed it with the Air Force Heritage Band.
Adults 55 and better! No registration necessary. Snacks and drinks provided while supplies last.
