I’m pleased to share that I am now offering in-person counselling sessions in Mullumbimby.
I work with adults, young people, and families navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and periods of change. My approach is heart-centred, person-centred, and strength-based, offering a calm and supportive space to slow down, reflect, and find clarity.
Sessions are available by appointment and include individual counselling, parent support, youth counselling, and family wellbeing support.
