Whether you’re here to run, walk, bike, or just cheer us on, we’re making it simple for you to get involved.

⏰ Meet-up Time: 9:30 AM (Race starts at 10:00 AM)
📍 Location: Muldoons – 3982 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309
🏞 Trail: Clinton River Trail – not paved, so scooters/rollerblades not recommended
🥯 Morning Meet-Up:
Free bagels, coffee for the adults and light snacks for kids at Muldoon's before the race.
🚶♀️ Run / Walk / Bike – Your Way:
This is a 5K Your Way – walk, jog, run, or bike the trail with us.
🍔 After the Race:
Join us back at Muldoons for lunch, raffles, items for purchase, and more ways to support the KARES Foundation.
**If you aren't local, you can still run on your own or with a crew. Last year we had members of Team Jax in Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Dakota, Illinois, and Washington.
