A table runner workshop with Karen Brow-MeierCreate this colorful, four-bird table runner using our Middle to
Middle Piecing Method. (Think piecing a log cabin block but with
shapes instead of strips.)
In this workshop we’ll cover:
cutting pieces in multiples using the templates
piecing the blocks by “matching middles” and trimming
creating appliqué feathers
using simple hand stitches to embellish
finishing and quilting
This can be sewn using holiday colors and the finished length can
be increased by simply adding more blocks.
Note: The pattern is included in the class fee and the same technique is used to create our Infrognito or Elephant Walk quilts.
