Join us for a day filled with learning and networking at our Kardia Training Day event! The event will be held at Life Church Golbourne, so mark your calendars and get ready for an exciting day of growth and development. We're passionate about seeing young people learn the skills to take responsibility for their own mental health. The Kardia course helps raise their self-esteem and create daily practices to help with this.
