KIT is focused, specialist training designed to raise standards across the board.
This session is perfectly placed one week before grading and three weeks before the Southern Region Championships - but you do not need to be grading or competing to benefit. Every committed student will gain from this training.
Led by Sensei Jane and Sensei Richard, KIT focuses on:
Sharpening core technique
Improving control, timing, and focus
Training with greater intent and purpose
Building confidence that carries into regular classes
Gi not essential - club spiritwear is absolutely fine.
Please bring a full KIT bag, including a snack and a drink.
This is the kind of training that shows up later - in gradings, competitions, and confidence in and out of the Dojo.
