Yall been asking me when karaoke class starts up again and the answer is Tuesday, NOV 12 at 8pm @ AWAYSIS 🥳We'll start at 8pm with a full body warmup, introduce different breathing techniques and sing some fun vocal exercises as a group! We'll also go over proper mic technique, how to choose the right karaoke song and I'll share some insider performance tips 🎶

Singing is a beautiful balance of learning the coordination of your vocal muscles, telling a story, and letting go and having fun! Sing songs you truly connect with and people will remember you. Your voice will make an impact.
I have my students dramatically read and act out the lyrics of every song they sing- one student told me she likes to think of performing as a dramatic reading instead of singing and I love that!
A little about me: I have a degree in Music Education with a concentration in jazz vocals. I've been teaching for over 14 years and led multiple award winning a cappella groups - one sang at the 2012 London Olympics which was amazing! I've performed at Radio City Music Hall, toured Europe, worked for a music school for a bit and now I teach privately online.
