In addition to their wide ranging work to uplift and protect our Trans and Queer community in Milwaukee, Diverse & Resilient runs SHEBA (Sisters Helping Each Other Battle Adversity), a group of powerful Black women that meets biweekly to support and empower transgender women as a space solely for them.
In 2025, it’s not enough to “see” trans people or passively “support” the trans community. We have to find more powerful ways of showing our support that actually protect trans and gender nonconforming people.
If you have never donated to a Trans organization before, we are talking to you!
