The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua continues its celebrated Kapalua Concert Series with an intimate performance by singer-songwriter Ryan Innes. The event will take place on Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, from 6-9 p.m. at Alaloa Lounge, where Innes will treat guests to an evening of soulful melodies.Blending elements of pop, R&B, and soul, Innes’s music has captivated audiences nationwide with his powerful voice and songwriting. A rising star in the music world, Innes gained national recognition as a contestant and crowd favorite on NBC's “The Voice,” where his performances showcased his distinct and dynamic vocals.
Raised in Arizona, Innes was classically trained in piano and sang in the Phoenix Boys Choir and local church groups. His musical journey took a pivotal turn when he discovered R&B, inspiring him to pursue a career in music. He further honed his craft at Brigham Young University, performing with the a cappella group Vocal Point. Innes has co-written with notable songwriters, including Michael Pollack, who has worked with Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers, and Nate Pyfer, who co-wrote Kaskade’s Grammy-nominated track “Atmosphere.”
