Kapada's Swap Shop is back! The eco way to refresh your wardrobe.Due to demand this will be women's only clothing and accessories.
How does it work: Bring clothes, shoes, and accessories that you no longer want – keep it to about 15 items, and see note about quality below. Please bring quality, well-maintained items (no stains, tears, pilling, broken, etc.) – things that you yourself would want to receive if it was new-to-you. If you have spare hangers please bring them.
We will not be collecting clothing for donation, but we will donate items not chosen by anyone in the group at the end of the night. Bring a bag to designate items you've claimed. We’ll sort everything into a variety of sizes.
Please be ready to help sort items as they arrive! We'll have some quick announcements and the swapping will commence! No limits on how much you can take, but please take only what sparks joy.
After the swap, we'll donate all leftover items to a non-profit organization. Entry tickets will be sold in advance for a small fee with a percentage going to the Eastcott Community Centre. The rest will cover admin and supplies we are purely not for profit
We'd love you to arrive at Eastcott Community Centre for 7pm to hang and help sort your items. Once everyone has arrived and it's all sorted we'll start the swapping at 7.30pm til 9.30pm.
