Run Powerlifting Style.
Number of flights will depend on entry numbers.
3 attempts each, pick your weights.
No minimum requirement.
Texas Deadlift Bar & Calibrated Plates.
Event 2 - Log Press for Reps
Clean every rep.
60 seconds to hit as many reps as possible.
12" log for all classes.

Event 3 - 30m farmers Carry. Drop and turn every 10m. Weights are per hand
