Athletes may enter more than one class if they choose, and if they qualify for the £10,000 Prize Pot British Finals in both Classes they can decide which to do at the finals.

Log for reps. All reps Floor to Overhead, 12" Log for all Classes. 60s time limit. All kit allowed including Grip Tops.
Choice of weight used. Any Reps at heavier weight beat any reps at lower weight.

3 reps on lighter axle bar into rep out on deadlift bar
60s time limit. All kit allowed including suits.
Mens
U80 220 into 260

U64 120 into 150
Event 3 Farmers Walk

Choice of Weights used.
Two lengths must be completed in the 60s time limit to score if chosen the heavier weight.
No straps or adhesive substances

Yoke/Sandbag run
Yoke to be carried 10m then Sandbag Carried same 10m before loading over your own yoke.
Strength Shop Riot Yoke + Strength Register Sandbags
All kit allowed including Grip Tops but any adhesives are banned
Bag can be carried and loaded in any way
