Join us for a Kansas Handbell GatheRING on Sept 20-21! Friday, 7 to 9 pm (optional) and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church in McPherson, Kansas. Cost is $25 per person. Reduced rate of $15 for current members of Handbell Musicians of America. This event might be for you if you are looking for ideas on how to make music with fewer ringers, you are a new or experienced director or ringer wanting to sharpen your skills, or you just want to come and ring for fun!
The Kansas Handbell GatheRING will have two tracks designed to appeal to both beginning and advanced handbell musicians. Session topics will include Handbell Basics, Basic Handbell Maintenance, Weaving, 4 in Hand Technique, 12 Bell Music, Bell Trees, Sight Reading sessions and special coaching sessions. (Subject to change based on registrant interest.)
