This will be on Veterans Day weekend. There will be four events. Event 1 is a max trap bar deadlift with the opportunity to establish a MO state record with cash prizes (see details on IronPodium). The second event is a medley with a zero her yoke carry, stone and sandbag carry and load. The third event is a max distance sandbag throw. The final event will be a log press ladder with three logs that increment the weight. This is a USS sanctioned meet that will allow you to go to nationals with a podium finish.
