Starting at Barnes and Noble Book Store, we will explore the statues and fountains of the Kansas City Plaza. Each one has it’s own history. Learn about the early days of development.. the good and bad parts of history and how it shaped KC history. Where and when: Outside the Barnes & Noble 420 W 47th St, Kansas City, MO 64112 Parking garage is located next door to the bookstore. Please arrive 15 min before scheduled time.
What to bring: Water bottles.
What to wear: Dress for the weather in comfortable clothes, jackets or rain gear as needed.
Activity level: All walking tours are moderately paced and average 1.5-2 miles in total.
Pricing: Tickets are $38 for adults and $30 for children aged 8-15. Tickets are nonrefundable (unless you purchase PEEK protect), or you can transfer tickets to other people as late as the day of.
