Join the Lake Oswego Lions Club and VisionEnvoy Club Branch for our 'Kancer Kickers Wag-a-thon' walk for funding the research for the cure of blood cancers. This walk will be hosted at Summerlake Park, 11450 SW Winterlake Drive, Tigard OR 97223 on Saturday, March 30th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This walk is in support of Student Visionaries of the Year Team Kancer Kickers led by high schoolers Jorie Liang and Carol Wang! All funds will go toward Jorie and Carol’s campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
If you have a dog, bring them to this event combining community, nature, and charity for a great cause. Summerlake Park has pickleball courts and dog parks for everyone’s enjoyment. Meet at the Shelter to get a wristband. First 20 registered participants will get free LLS t-shirts. Walk participants will receive samples from pet stores and other LLS goodies while supplies last.
P.S. We are still looking for company sponsorships! (only $50 dollars per table, limit to 10 tables).
