Lazia in the Crossroads Hotel values two things above all: Collaboration and, of course, food. Every year, millions of pounds of produce gets sent to landfills simply because of cosmetic flaws or surplus product. On April 30th at 6pm, Lazia will transform “ugly” (we prefer the term “rescued”) produce saved by our friends at Kanbe’s into a delicious, 4-course Italian meal with hand-crafted beverages perfectly paired to each dish.
