1 Day Retreat includes: Kambo frog medicine, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, hape, sananga, deliciously nourishing vegetarian meal, live music, meditation, and yoga.
We understand that everyone has been going through a deep process since the impact of Helene. Our systems have been over-taxed and burdened by being in disaster/survival mode for extended periods of time. We may have had the stress of being displaced from our home, being forced out of our current living situation due to unfit conditions, lost property or possessions, uncertain of where our food or water will come from, and unsure of when we will be able to communicate with others without working internet or grid power.
Some of us have been exposed to toxins, contaminated mud, hazardous waste, dust, fumes, and other environmental pollutants. Not to mention the energetic challenges that we are each facing in our own ways as we navigate this unfamiliar terrain. We will have a Kambo ceremony with the optional addition of hape' and sananga followed by a meal and then rest and use of the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge for a deep reset.
