Light up your BIKE and let's GLOW on the MKT Trail at the 11th annual Kaleidospoke on Saturday, August 23, 2025! This fun, family-friendly, nighttime bike ride takes participants from Flat Branch Park to Twin Lakes Recreation Area and back for an approximately 8-mile round-trip ride. All nine bridges between downtown and Twin Lakes will be illuminated, which is a GLOWY sight to behold. The leisurely ride leaves Flat Branch at dusk; once at Twin Lakes, riders will enjoy s’mores by the bonfire and entertainment at a private GLOW party before their return ride to downtown. Walt's Bike Shop will join us before the ride in Flat Branch Park for any last-minute, minor bike maintenance. Helmets, front white lights, and rear red lights will be required on all bikes (the trail is dark). We encourage lots of GLOW and lights on your bikes - the more the better! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration will include entrance to the private bonfire/GLOW party at Twin Lakes, a light accessory, GLOW items, and s’mores.
HELMETS AND FRONT AND REAR BIKE LIGHTS ARE REQUIRED. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The price is $18 per person. Advanced registration is required by 10 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025.

Saturday, August 23
6:15PM-7:30 p.m.: Materials Pickup at Flat Branch Park (101 South 4th Street)
6:15PM-7:30 p.m.: Bike Maintenance by Walt’s Bike Shop at Flat Branch Park
7:00 p.m.: Supported Ride begins on MKT Trail
7:45 p.m.: Sun Sets
7:30PM-9:30 p.m.: Twin Lakes GLOW party (s’mores by the bonfire, entertainment, playground)
10:30 p.m.: Event closes/ trail support ends
