Kaleidoscope LYFE Support MOM PROM 2024
Mom Prom is the ultimate girls-night-out charity event and is open to all women 21 and up, whether they are moms or not. This event is to celebrate and empower women, all while showing that when women gather in the unstoppable power of unity, great changes take place. Won’t you please join us in helping Kaleidoscope LYFE Support continue our mission of LEAVING YOUTH FULLY EMPOWERED!
You don't have to dress up and can wear whatever you want, but we hope you will drag out those old prom dresses, wedding dresses, pantsuits, and feel-good outfits, and join us on November 2nd from 7 pm until 10 pm. We will gather at the VFW Post 1836, and enjoy some light fare and great desserts while we dance the night away to the tunes that the fabulous DJ Colt Corley spins up. Regardless of what decade you celebrate, we are all still in our "Girls just wanna have fun" era. We will also choose a Prom Queen, have Prom Photos available, and raffle off some great gift baskets and items.
There will be a cash bar available provided by the VFW. Wristbands will be given at the door and no one can purchase alcohol without them. Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted.

KaleidosCOPE L.Y.F.E. Support is a nonprofit, community-based agency that provides mentoring programs for youth and young adults aged 18-21 in Angelina County and surrounding areas. Our mission is to LEAVE YOUTH FULLY EMPOWERED. We partner with local school districts, the juvenile court system, and various organizations to address gaps and meet needs. Youth and young adults are mentored by caring adult volunteers trained to focus on positive reinforcement, trust-building, and goal achievement through programs, outings, and group adventures. Our goal is to help them connect with others, build character, and develop essential skills that will empower them for a successful transition into adulthood and active participation in our community. Through our educational initiatives, resource provision, skill-based programs, and unique opportunities, we strive to ensure that all youth and young adults have the tools they need to thrive.
