This is a 2 Day Beginner friendly Kalaripayattu Workshop provided by Experienced Kalaripayattu Teachers under the mentorship of Padma Sri SRD Prasad.
- There is no pre requisites or any fitness levels required for this workshop as everything would be taught from basics and the movements would be tailored and customised as per individual mobility.
- This workshop is open for both Adults and Kids. The movements would be different and according to the respective age groups.
- You can attend 1 day or both the days for the workshop as the content would be different for both the days.
