I’ve been completely blown away by the response to my propagation classes — totally unexpected and very exciting! While it’s been so hot, I’ve been getting organised, and here’s what I’m planning.
Classes will be kept small (maximum of 8 people) to ensure a relaxed, informal atmosphere where everyone can ask questions and clearly see and understand what’s being demonstrated.
We will cover:
• How to collect, store, and sow seeds
• Taking softwood and hardwood cuttings
• Dividing plants
• Making your own propagating and seed-raising mixes at home for great results
I have a large garden with a diverse range of both native and ornamental plants. Once we’ve finished the lesson portion, we’ll stroll through the garden so you can collect seeds and cuttings and ask questions along the way.
You’ll learn practical techniques for growing your own perennials, shrubs, and trees — skills you can take home and use straight away.
Comprehensive notes are provided, bookings are essential, and morning tea is included.
 Dates:
Saturday 28th February & Sunday 1st March
 Time:
10.30am – 12.30pm each day
 Cost:
$85 per person
I’m really looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned and spending a relaxed, plant-filled morning together.
