Kairo’s Creature Club (KCC) is the brainchild of Lena Simon (La Luz) and Glenn Michael Van Dyke (BOYTOY)—a project born from a desire to break free from genre constraints and embrace pure musical exploration. Fueled by collaboration and instinct, KCC captures the magic that happens when artistry collides in unexpected ways. Now based in Jacksonville, Florida, the duo also curates the annual Winterland Festival.
Their self-titled debut album (out June 7 on Greenway Records) marks a new chapter, with Simon and Van Dyke taking full creative control as producers and songwriters. Blending conflict, catharsis, and raw emotion, the record is a fearless statement—both deeply personal and an open invitation for future collaborators.
