About this Event
Kairos Ruck Club is a monthly group ruck in Spokane for those who want consistency, structure, and real progress. We ruck together, support one another, and build momentum one month at a time.
WHY RUCKING
Rucking is one of the most effective and accessible ways to build:
- Strength
- Endurance
- Mental toughness
- Consistency
It’s low impact, scalable for all fitness levels, and easy to repeat — which makes it ideal for long-term progress.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Group ruck (walking with weight)
- Comfortable, steady pace
- Encouragement, conversation, and teamwork
- All fitness levels welcome
- Beginners strongly encouraged
You don’t need to be in peak shape. You just need to start.

- People who are tired of starting over every year
- People who want 2026 to be different
- People who value progress over perfection
- People who want accountability without pressure
