Kairos Ruck Club is a free monthly community walk-with-weight designed to help people stay consistent, build momentum, and reach goals.
About this Event

Kairos Ruck Club is a monthly group ruck in Spokane for those who want consistency, structure, and real progress. We ruck together, support one another, and build momentum one month at a time.

WHY RUCKING

Rucking is one of the most effective and accessible ways to build:

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Mental toughness
  • Consistency

It’s low impact, scalable for all fitness levels, and easy to repeat — which makes it ideal for long-term progress.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Group ruck (walking with weight)
  • Comfortable, steady pace
  • Encouragement, conversation, and teamwork
  • All fitness levels welcome
  • Beginners strongly encouraged

You don’t need to be in peak shape. You just need to start.

WHO THIS IS FOR
  • People who are tired of starting over every year
  • People who want 2026 to be different
  • People who value progress over perfection
  • People who want accountability without pressure

WHAT TO BRING
  • Backpack or ruck
  • Weight (books, sandbags, plates, etc.)
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Water

Recommended weight (guidelines):

  • Beginner: 0–20 lbs
  • Intermediate: 20–30 lbs
  • Advanced: 30+ lbs

Start lighter than you think — consistency wins.

HOW IT WORKS
  • We start together and finish together
  • We move as a group
  • The goal is completion and consistency, not speed

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Registration is required
  • This event takes place rain or shine
  • Locations rotate monthly throughout Spokane
  • Final details will be emailed to registered participants before the event

2026 IS THE YEAR IT FINALLY HAPPENS.

One ruck won’t change everything —
but one ruck a month can change the year.
