PLEASE Join us and support the KAIROS Memory Cafe' by attending our OPEN HOUSE from 2pm-5pm. Anyone interested in learning more about the KAIROS Memory Cafe' or knows someone that could benefit, is encouraged to join us for the OPEN HOUSE!!
This includes Senior Living Communities, Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility employees, Social Workers, Nurses, Physicians, Alzheimer's Association, Parkinson's Foundation , community members, families and their loved ones living with Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementias.
The KAIROS Memory Cafe' will begin in March and will be monthly the LAST WEDNESDAY of EVERY MONTH STARTING MARCH 31, 2021.

WHO ARE WE? The Kairos Memory Café will be opening its doors in March 2021. This is a relaxed social gathering held monthly, free of charge and open to anyone affected by memory loss or related cognitive changes. The KAIROS Memory Café is designed to make people with dementia feel comfortable and successful. For care partners, the Memory Café is a much-needed break and a chance to have fun together without focusing on the disease.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A MEMORY CAFÉ?
Cafés are a cost-effective way to support both the person living with dementia and their care partner. Because cafés are open to people at any stage of disease progression, many café guests are able to continue attending for months or years. For those who have not been diagnosed, or those who do not want to talk about their diagnosis, cafés offer a place to connect with others.
