This 2 day training provides you with a foundation in the art of Yoga Nidra and tools to incorporate this wonderful practice into your personal practice and into your yoga classes. This guided relaxation and meditation helps to reduce stress, anxiety and many chronic conditions such as insomnia, digestive disorders and high blood pressure. You will learn techniques to guide you and others through this relaxation practice allowing students to experience a deeper level of connection to the subtle energetic body and unconscious patterns.
