Admire a range of artwork or purchase a piece to take home while enjoying complimentary drinks and finger food at the first Kahkune Art Exhibition!
Kahkune is a collaborative project led by artists Mason Roberts and Julia Catalano and supported by Valued Lives Microenterprise Project. Kahkune enables Perth-based artists with disability, at all levels of artistic skill and experience, to access free, inclusive group art sessions.
This community exhibition, sponsored by the City of Melville, offers many Kahkune artists the opportunity to formally exhibit their artwork for the first time. Artists will be showcasing a wide range of subjects and mediums spanning the course of more than one year.
The exhibition will be held in Goolagatup Heathcote's Mandoon Helena building, with doors open from 6:00PM. The building is wheelchair accessible and free parking, including ACROD parking, is available nearby. Temporary drop-off bays are also available directly in front of the building.
