Hosted by Greater Hartford Aikikai at The Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development.Kagami Biraki (鏡開き) literally means “opening the mirror.” It’s a Japanese New Year tradition held in January that’s all about renewal, intention, and starting fresh without smashing things.
This is a free event and It's open for all Aikidoka. The plan is to eat Japanese Food together afterwards.
